Kallara is an older farmer, who lives in Sylh Shallow.

A Vow So Bold and Deadly[]
Kallara owns a little farm far to the north of Sylh Shallow, right along the Frozen River. She came to the Crystal Palace to speak with Queen Lia Mara, accusing her neighbor Bayard to have stolen an apple from her lands. After Lia Mara issued an order about the respective deeds being taken to determine, whose land it is, Kallara proceeds to spit at the queen. As result, the queen's sister Nolla Verin orders the guards to hold Kallara back and cut out her tongue.
